Errol Spence vs Kell Brook should be a barn burner! (Prediction)
When Errol Spence Jr faces Kell Brook over in the UK, we will learn a lot about both fighters; is Spence the truth as many have said or is he a hype job, and is Brook as good as he’s been perceived? I’m not sure who wins this fight because both guys appear to have the tools to pull out a win, but when looking close at the fight, who has an edge?
Brook has definitely had the tougher fights and the experience should be on his side, but with Spence’s technician like aptitude, it’s hard to count the young man out, so this is one of those fights that will be decided by whoever wants it more. That sounds cliché but this is a real flip of the coin fight, but I’m going to do my best at looking deep into the realm of these two and sum up who I believe will win this, or at least who should be favored.
When watching these two fighters they both are boxers but seem to be able to adjust to pressure and to distill their will on their opponent, which will be key! Brooks jab is his best attribute in this fight but Spence has a way of getting around a jab and doing the small stuff to gain an edge, and I see him doing just that, being the sharper of the two and outpointing Brook in a close fight. I do not see either one getting a knockout, but I do see scary moments during combo punching from both.
I have spence winning this fight on points, but he is going over seas to face Brook in his home country, so a failed judgement is always a possibility, but at the end of the fight it will be evident that Spence did enough to win the fight, but we are going to have to see what the judges see, or if they decide to give the true victor his just due.
